Central School Apartments: Before

Central School Apartments, involves the adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of two historic Central School buildings in downtown Albemarle, NC. The project is 68,279 square foot residential project, which  involves the creation of 53 apartment units for seniors. This project includes the school buildings originally constructed in 1900, 1922 and 1952, as well as the 1965-built classroom/auditorium addition.
