RedClay design is a full service registered Architectural firm with a presence along the east coast. We are a company that combines multiple disciplines into a single streamlined point of contact. Founded in 2008 RedClay combines its 25 years of knowledge and experience into a single resource for our clients.
Our Process
Concept / Schematic
We will meet with you to discuss the key features and full scope of work you are considering. During this phase we will generate preliminary sketches and translate your ideas into the what will become our architectural drawings.
Design Development
During this phase of the project, we will produce floor plans, exterior elevations, as well as building sections of the existing conditions and/or proposed new construction. This is where we will bring your visions to life for you.
Construction Documents
Every project will need documents that the construction industry can use to evaluate the requirements, pull permits, and eventually, build your project. We will produce a complete set of drawings to get your project done.
Project Administration
We are there to observe the work for compliance and conformance with plans and specifications. This will include on-site assistance for you or the builder when interpreting drawings, documents or just to answer questions.
