Sterling Mill: Before

Sterling Mill was originally constructed in 1895, with multiple additions and renovations in 1914 and 1965. Through the adaptive reuse of this 138,319sq/ft historic cotton mill, RedClay Design was able to maintain the integrity of all original historical elements. From the windows and bricks to the high ceilings, this mill served as the perfect place to create beautiful, yet affordable housing for families.
