The Lewis Place

  Completed in 2024, The Lewis Place is a multi-family new build construction project that RedClay Design had the privilege of working on.  Located in Raleigh, NC, this project spans two individual sites, seven buildings, two gyms, and a clubhouse. With modern fixtures, materials, colors pallets, and modern upgrades, the final product turned into something anyone would be lucky to call home. RedClay was involved in every step of this development from planning, to construction, to selections, and even procurement. It was a huge project and well worth all of the work.
